High color intensity, with slightly violet reflections. Intense and marked tears. Aroma of ripe red fruit, plum, blackberries with balsamic notes, vanilla and spices. Smooth, intense in the mouth and structured. Sweet tannin that provides volume and a pleasant, silky feel.

Fermentation between 25 and 30 °C. Post-fermentation maceration to increase the extraction of phenolic compounds found in the grape skins.
