Blanc Opal 2022

Yellow color with green reflections and intense tear. Aromas of white fruit, tropical fruit, aromatic herbs denoting creamy and dried fruit sensations. Very balanced in the mouth and intense in aromatic perceptions. It stands out for its smoothness, unctuousness and long persistent taste.

Pellicular maceration in a pneumatic press for 5 hours. Two thirds of the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 14 °C. The rest is fermented in fine grain French oak barrels.

Maturation on lees for 6 months and final blending of the different batches.
