Composition: Gorgollassa, Manto Negro, Callet, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.

Total Acidity: 4.8g/L

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of approximately 25 °C to favor the extraction of the phenolic components found in the grape skins.
