Giró Ros 2022

Pale yellow color with greenish reflections and intense tear. Aromas of ripe fruit, balsamic sensations, aromatic herbs and light notes of toasted nuts. Balanced in the mouth, unctuous and with creamy sensations with hints of pastry. Long persistence.

Removal of the stalk and maceration of the skin in a pneumatic press for 5 hours. Obtaining the must at low pressure.
Fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks and racking to French oak barrels from different areas of central France to achieve maximum complexity.
Aged on lees for 6 months.
