Intense strawberry red color and marked tear. Aromas of fresh red fruit, berries, blueberries, blackberries, cherries and even aromatic herbs. The palate is smooth with intense fruity sensations. The presence of residual sugar gives it a velvety and sweet touch that permeates the mouth.

Elaborated by bleeding.
After a maceration of approximately 24-48 hours, the must is separated from contact with the skins to initiate fermentation at low temperature.
